My name is Carmen Halphen, I am an actress, filmmaker, producer, production designer, and director. I am originally from Panama City and have also lived in Spain, Miami, South Africa and now Savannah. My acting career started when I was young since my mother was in the industry and when I turned 18 I moved to the executive and technical part of the industry, focusing more in areas of production, logistics and production design.
