Luke Weisner is a Filmmaker originally from Greenville, SC, where he started His love for filmmaking and photography. Luke has a BFA in Film & Television with a focus in Directing from SCAD and hopes to become a working director in the industry. Luke has worked on over 25 projects in his time at SCAD, doing everything from dolly grip to directing his own films. Since graduating from college he has worked on 2 professional sets as a production assistant.
Luke has experience working mainly in the assistant director department, as a 1st AD on 7 shorts, and a PA professionally. His experience with project management, scheduling, and on-set safety makes him a valuable asset to any production. Luke also has experience with Directing, writing, and editing. He directed his senior thesis project "Served", which was a crew of 30 crew and 6 actors, and is currently being sent to film festivals. Luke has also been working in the commercial video space since he was in high school and has worked on many commercial projects over the years. Currently, Luke also makes short form and photography content for his socials, which showcases his creative ability.
