In 2022 I graduated from SCAD with a BFA in Film & TV with a focus on writing and directing. In 2023 I joined IATSE Local 491 as a costumer and I've loved every minute of it. I am a creative person who loves storytelling and now specifically cares about what the characters are wearing. My big dream one day is to direct an original comedy feature, but I've got quite the journey before I know I can make that happen. Hoping 2024 is a good year for film!
All through college I learned skills that prepared me for being the best possible costumer I could be. Through successful and not so successful school projects I learned how to be the detail oriented, organized team player I am. When I was the captain of my college lacrosse team I learned conflict resolution and how to lead a group of people through high stress situation with a positive attitude. As a costumer I find myself getting really involved in the quick fixes on set. My favorite days on set are the windows of time we are dressing as many BG as well and as efficiently as possible. In regards to software I'm good with SynconSet, Google Drive, Adobe Creative Suite programs especially illustrator, and RABS.
