I am Jackson Sloan - a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design, with a B.F.A. in Film and Television, as well as a certified user of AVID Media Composer.
As an editor, I have spent most of my years training to exhibit a work style open to in-depth collaboration between directors and producers and quick turnaround times to meet deadlines after weekly critiques.I'm well-trained in AVID, Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro, and have edited many projects in this software. Most recently, I partook in contract work editing promotional branded content for DCG ONE, Sterling Vineyards, and Looseworld, along with being an assistant editor for two upcoming feature films. While most of my experience is in commercial, FX-heavy content, I believe my services will suit well for any content that has yet to find a well-paced, emotional rhythm suitable to its creator's intent that keeps the audience intrigued and immersed with every frame of film.
