Kareem McMichael has experience in news broadcasting, documentary filmmaking and creating short films. From 2007-2010 McMichael worked as a production assistant at WJCL (ABC News) & WTGS (Fox News) in Savannah, GA. Performing a variety of task including camera operator, audio, technical directing, floor directing, graphics, video editing, and some producing for the newscast.From 2010-2011 McMichael work at WTOC (CBS News) in Savannah, GA as a news content specialist in the newsroom, TV studio, and in the field. He has experience with using Panasonic and Canon cameras. He has experience with editing using Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro. McMichael also as experience as writer, producer, cinematographer, and director on documentary projects and short film projects. He also completed the Georgia Film Academy in 2017.
